All orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe and sent with full tracking information. Everything is packaged and posted individually by étouf, so exact timings can vary. Once dispatched, the customer will receive an accurate delivery timeline.
The customer accepts responsibility for tracking their order, as well as leasing with couriers and customs officials. étouf is not responsible for any communication or negotiation with third parties regarding delivery on behalf of the customer.
Shipping payments made on étouf's website do not include any costume and import fees which may occur when purchasing from abroad. Any additional costs are at the expense of the customer.
If an order is undelivered (incl. refused at customs/if duty is unpaid) a refund will be processed when the package returns to its origin. The customer will not be compensated for their shipping cost.
If a shipment goes missing, étouf will file for compensation from the courier once this has been officially declared. When the compensation is processed the customer will receive a full refund.
