By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted the obligation to pay the product price and any additional costs such as shipping or taxes, if applicable, once the order is confirmed.
2. DEFINITIONS
In this Contract:
MINISTER: Refers to the Minister of Trade,
MINISTRY: Refers to the Ministry of Trade,
LAW: Refers to Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers,
REGULATION: Refers to the Regulation on Distance Contracts,
SERVICE: Refers to all consumer transactions performed for a fee or benefit that do not constitute goods,
SELLER: Refers to Étouf – Zeki İlmen, who offers goods to consumers within the scope of commercial activities,
BUYER: Refers to the person who acquires goods or services for non-commercial purposes,
SITE: Refers to the website owned by the SELLER,
ORDERING PARTY: Refers to the person who requests products through the SELLER’s website,
PARTIES: Refers to the BUYER and the SELLER,
CONTRACT: Refers to this distance sales contract,
GOODS: Refers to all products physically or electronically offered for sale.
3. SUBJECT
This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties concerning the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s website, in accordance with the Law and the Regulation.
All prices listed on the website remain valid until updated. Promotional or time-limited prices expire at the end of the specified period.

The invoice will be delivered to the BUYER together with the order at the time of delivery.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and electronically confirmed all preliminary information regarding the ordered product.
9.2. The product shall be delivered to the BUYER’s address within 30 days, without exceeding the legal time limit.
9.3. The SELLER undertakes to deliver the product complete, in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
9.4. If necessary, an equivalent product may be supplied with the BUYER’s consent.
9.5. If delivery becomes impossible, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER within 3 days and refund the payment within 14 days.
9.6. If the product price is not paid or is cancelled by the bank, the SELLER is not obliged to deliver the product.
9.7. If the product has been delivered but the bank withholds payment due to a BUYER objection, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days.
9.8. In cases of force majeure, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER; the BUYER may cancel the order or request postponement.
9.9. The BUYER accepts that the SELLER may contact them via the communication details they have provided.
